About EnsanAI

EnsanAI is building AI employees for real businesses, starting with healthcare. Our first product, Rayan, is an all-in-one AI employee for clinics — handling reception, doctor assistance, patient support, and operations through one shared clinic brain.

The product is already built and live. We are now preparing to scale Rayan across MENA and build EnsanAI into one of the defining AI companies from the region.

The vision is simple: businesses will not just buy more SaaS tools. They will hire AI employees that can operate real business functions end-to-end.

The Role

We’re looking to expand the founding team with one or more co-founders who can take serious ownership of a major part of the company.

This is open to different profiles. You could be GTM-first, technical-first, or a hybrid builder. What matters most is that you can own a critical function, move fast, and help turn Rayan from a live product into a regional company.

Possible Ownership Areas

Depending on your strengths, you could own one or more of these areas:

Go-to-Market

Lead customer acquisition, clinic outreach, demos, sales process, pricing, partnerships, and regional expansion across MENA. Own founder-led content, product storytelling, LinkedIn/TikTok/X distribution, case studies, launch campaigns, and positioning.

Healthcare Partnerships

Build relationships with clinic owners, doctors, hospital operators, healthcare groups, insurers, EHR providers, and decision-makers.

Technical

Help ship product, prototypes, automations, integrations, internal tools, AI workflows, or experiments. You do not need to be a traditional senior engineer, but you should be able to use technology and AI tools to create leverage.

Who This Is For

This is for someone who has founder-spirt, not just wants to join a startup as an employee.

You may be:

• A GTM person who can sell, market, create content, and open doors.
• A technical builder who can ship fast and think commercially.
• A hybrid operator who can use tools like Claude, Codex, no-code, low-code, or code to move faster.
• A healthcare-connected person who understands the market and can help us reach decision-makers.
• A founder-type person who has not found the right company yet.

We care less about your exact title and more about ownership, speed, ambition, commitment, taste, and fire.

Commitment

This is a full-commitment co-founder role, not a part-time advisory role, side project, or casual collaboration.

What We’re Trying To Build

The goal is to scale Rayan across MENA as the go-to AI employee for clinics, take a serious shot at YC/global venture scale, and build one of the major AI companies coming out of the region.

This is early. It will be hard. But the product is real, the market is urgent, and the opportunity is massive.
