Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in New Cairo. Property Consultant will handle end-to-end client engagements related to property sales and consultancy. This includes identifying client needs, recommending suitable real estate options, maintaining client relationships, providing market insights, and negotiating property deals to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions. The role also includes keeping up-to-date with market trends and expanding the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Consulting and Real Estate practices, including market research and property valuation
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships
• Proven expertise in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a relevant field is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic knowledge of property management tools
