Job Description
Manage executives’ schedules, meetings, and communications efficiently
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making
Coordinate internal and external communications
Maintain records, files, and confidential information with accuracy
Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
