Job Description:

• We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our export team. The role involves handling customer inquiries and orders from European clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the export process of fresh potatoes and fruits.

✅ Requirements:

• Excellent command of English is a MUST
• Experience: 0–2 years
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous export experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders (mainly from Europe)
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers
• Handle basic documentation and follow-up on export procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
