Role Description This is a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Qesm 1st 6 October, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job intake and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and offer management across various corporate and retail roles. The role includes partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and advising on effective talent strategies. The specialist will proactively build and maintain talent pipelines, use a variety of sourcing channels, and ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. In addition, the role will support employer branding initiatives, refine recruitment processes, track key hiring metrics, and collaborate with HR on onboarding and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer negotiation.
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques and best practices, with the ability to assess both technical and behavioral fit.
- Experience in hiring for diverse roles and levels, ideally including retail, luxury, or hospitality environments.
- Background in employer branding, with the ability to promote the organization’s culture and value proposition to prospective talent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with hiring managers.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and social media recruiting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
