Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented People & Culture Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to support talent management, employee engagement, internal communications, and HR operations. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee experience, managing HR initiatives, and supporting end-to-end recruitment and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute internal events and engagement activities
  • Prepare and manage internal communications and announcements
  • Develop and publish the monthly newsletter
  • Coordinate and prepare welcome kits for new joiners
  • Support employer branding through LinkedIn posts and internal messaging

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Schedule and conduct HR interviews
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

HR Operations:

  • Handle HR operational requests such as ticket management (e.g., laptop allocation, email creation)
  • Coordinate issuance of medical insurance cards and access cards
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Compensation, Benefits & Programs:

  • Assist in managing employee benefits and external collaborations
  • Support the promotions cycle and related communications
  • Coordinate with partners/vendors for employee offers and initiatives

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR (People & Culture / HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in recruitment processes and employee engagement activities
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

Fluent in English and Arabic

Preferred Skills:

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
