Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to manage financial data using Excel and Google Sheets.
The role involves managing multiple clients with various accounts, staying available during work hours, keeping in touch with clients via WhatsApp groups, and responding quickly to their inquiries. It also includes providing reports, tracking balances, recording transactions, calculating commissions, and preparing daily reports.
Accuracy is critical as the work involves large amounts of financial data.
Job Details:
Full-Time (8–10 hours daily)
Preferred:
Graduated from the English Faculty of Commerce
Basic understanding of financial calculations
Important Note:
Candidates will be required to complete a short Excel test as part of the hiring process.
The required word is “sheet” to confirm that the entire description has been read and the requirements are understood.
Requirements
Fresh graduate (no experience required)
Strong skills in Excel & Google Sheets (Mandatory)
Fast and accurate data entry skills
close attention to detail
Organized and able to handle large datasets
Good English (to understand systems and terms)
Ability to use ChatGPT to improve workflow (Mandatory)
Responsible and able to work under pressure.
