We are looking for a motivated Junior Food Production Machine Operator to join our dairy/yogurt production team.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are willing to learn machine operation, food production, hygiene standards, and basic troubleshooting inside a food manufacturing environment.

The candidate will be trained to operate and monitor production machines used in yogurt manufacturing, filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging. The role requires discipline, attention to detail, cleanliness, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Main Responsibilities

• Learn how to operate production, filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging machines.
• Assist in preparing machines before production.
• Monitor machines during production and report any unusual sounds, stops, leaks, or quality issues.
• Follow production instructions and supervisor guidance.
• Help with yogurt production, filling, packaging, and final product handling.
• Support cleaning and sanitizing of machines and working areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and GMP rules at all times.
• Record production quantities, wastage, and machine issues when required.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or junior candidate.
• Technical school, industrial diploma, agriculture, science, engineering, or food-related background is preferred.
• No previous experience required, but factory or internship experience is a plus.
• Willing to learn machine operation and food production processes.
• Good attention to detail.
• Disciplined, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work in a clean production environment.
• Able to work shifts when needed.
