Provide technical support for HSE systems, hazard control, environmental management, and compliance with international standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure risk controls are applied and documented.
• Compliance with safety procedures and legal standards.
• Improve emergency response and readiness.
• Maintain compliance and sustainability objectives.
• Reduce recurrence of incidents and improve safety KPIs.
• Enhance workers’ safety knowledge and behavior.
• Reduce chemical hazards and maintain food safety interactions.
• Safe operations for internal and external workers.
• Maintain certification and audit readiness.
• Improve behavioral safety and employee engagement.
• Support ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 audits and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science / occupational safety or equivalent.
• HSE Certifications preferred (NEBOSH / OSHA / ISO).
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing.
• Preferably food industry or FMCG.
