Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest records and billing.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and issues are resolved swiftly.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s property management system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
  • Process payments, issue room keys, and manage cash and credit transactions securely.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Support administrative tasks and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a boutique hotel setting.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems and reservation software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints diplomatically.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
