• Corporate Governance: Proven track record in managing General Assemblies (OGM/EGM), Board of Directors meetings, and ensuring full compliance.

• Corporate Actions: Deep knowledge in company formation, restructuring, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

• Government Liaison: Strong experience interacting with GAFI, FRA, and other relevant governmental authorities and regulatory bodies.
