• Title: Marathi Language Teacher (Remote)

We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Marathi Language Expert to support translation, localization, and linguistic quality initiatives across written and digital content.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong Marathi language proficiency and experience ensuring clarity, consistency, and cultural accuracy in communications.

Role Overview

You will translate, review, and refine Marathi-language materials while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain high linguistic standards. Your work will help ensure accurate and culturally appropriate communication for Marathi-speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate content between English and Marathi with accuracy and cultural sensitivity
• Review, edit, and proofread Marathi materials for grammar, clarity, and consistency
• Provide linguistic guidance to support localization and communication strategies
• Develop and maintain glossaries, terminology databases, and style guides
• Conduct structured quality assurance reviews of Marathi-language content
• Support the creation of training materials and language best practices
• Provide feedback to enhance overall linguistic quality

Required Qualifications

• Professional-level proficiency in Marathi (written and spoken)
• Strong background in linguistics, translation, communications, or a related field
• Experience in translation, editing, localization, or linguistic review
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Marathi and English
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with digital editing and content management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Marathi language specialist or translator
• Experience with localization or transcreation for digital or marketing content
• Familiarity with terminology management systems or language QA tools
