Business & Export Assistant

Company Description

Goodwill Group is a growing food export company headquartered in Egypt, We specialize in canned foods, table olives, peppers, artichokes, and other food products under the Diabello and Montellia brands.

The company is expanding its international operations and strengthening its team in Egypt. We offer a professional business environment connected to factories, suppliers, logistics partners, and international customers.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time role based in Egypt for a Business & Export Assistant to Management.
  • The Business & Export Assistant will support management in daily business operations, export coordination, documentation, internal follow-up, and communication with different parties involved in the export process.
  • The role will include preparing and organizing export-related documents, following up on orders, samples, shipments, client requirements, factory updates, supplier communication, and internal reports.
  • The selected candidate will assist management in keeping tasks organized, tracking pending matters, coordinating between departments and external partners, and making sure important details are followed until completion.
  • This role requires a professional, well-organized, and educated person who can communicate clearly, manage multiple tasks, and support management in a serious and reliable manner.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support management in daily business follow-up, coordination, reminders, and task organization.
  • Prepare, review, and organize export documents, invoices, packing lists, shipment files, product details, and client records.
  • Coordinate with factories, suppliers, freight forwarders, courier companies, and internal team members.
  • Follow up on customer requirements, samples, product labels, packaging details, and shipment readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records for clients, suppliers, orders, samples, shipments, and production follow-up.
  • Communicate professionally by email, WhatsApp, and phone with local and international contacts when required.
  • Prepare clear daily and weekly updates for management.
  • Assist in market research, supplier follow-up, business development support, and administrative tasks related to export operations.
  • Help management ensure that pending matters are followed properly and completed on time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Commerce, Languages, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administration, export support, business coordination, logistics, or office management.
  • Good understanding of export documentation and basic international trade procedures is an advantage.
  • Excellent Arabic communication skills and good written and spoken English.
  • Italian, Spanish, or any additional language is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
  • Professional communication style and ability to deal with management, suppliers, factories, and business partners.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, spreadsheets, email, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Reliable, responsible, accurate, discreet, and able to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in food export, manufacturing, logistics, trading, or international business is a plus.
  • Location: Cairo or Alexandria.

We are looking for someone professional, educated, presentable, and organized.

This is not a routine secretary role. It is a business support and export coordination role connected directly to management and daily company operations.
