POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Content Creator & Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content across digital platforms, combining strong graphic design skills with modern content creation capabilities, including short-form video production and AI-assisted creative tools. The role plays a key part in strengthening brand identity, increasing audience engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging visual content for social media platforms and marketing channels.
• Creating and editing short-form videos, Reels, and digital content aligned with brand identity and industry trends.
• Designing marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media posts, and company profiles.
• Developing and managing content calendars and supporting campaign planning and execution.
• Writing captions, scripts, and creative copy for digital content and campaigns.
• Utilizing AI tools for design, content generation, and video editing to enhance creative output and efficiency.
• Coordinating with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Monitoring content performance and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize future output.
• Ensuring all visual content maintains high-quality standards and brand consistency.
• Staying updated with design trends, social media algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Content Creation, or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and digital content (especially social media & video content).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Experience using AI tools for creative production (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.).
• Excellent storytelling, visual communication, and branding skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Design & Build companies.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation is a plus.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns and performance marketing.
• Strong ability to work both independently and within a creative team environment.
