About the Role

Healtha.me is hiring a full-time E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, product launches, campaigns, and marketing execution for our health and wellness brands from our office in 6th of October City.

This is a key role for someone who can think strategically, guide creative direction, build campaign plans, improve customer messaging, and help turn attention into sales. The Marketing Manager works closely with the Graphic and Media Designer, who creates the visuals, banners, ads, videos, and campaign assets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns for Healtha.me and its brands.

• Lead product launch marketing, including messaging, offers, content direction, and campaign planning.

• Create content calendars and campaign briefs for the website, social platforms, email, WhatsApp, ads, and promotions.

• Guide the Graphic and Media Designer on required visuals, ads, banners, reels, product graphics, and campaign assets.

• Support paid advertising with ad angles, hooks, copy, offers, and creative testing ideas.

• Coordinate influencers, creators, UGC content, and brand collaborations when needed.

• Improve product pages, website messaging, landing pages, promotions, and the customer journey.

• Track marketing performance and report what is working, what is not, and what should improve.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.

• Experience in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or campaign management.

• Strong understanding of content planning, customer psychology, online sales, and paid advertising basics.

• Able to write strong marketing copy, campaign briefs, captions, offers, and product messaging.

• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

• Available to work full-time in person in 6th of October City.

Preferred

Experience with Shopify, health, wellness, beauty, supplements, pharmacy, consumer product brands, paid ads, influencer marketing, product launches, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or brand growth is preferred.
