Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will identify and build relationships with prospective clients, develop and execute business strategies, and support client acquisition and retention efforts. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, preparing compelling proposals and presentations, and negotiating client contracts. The role also involves actively collaborating with internal teams to align business development activities with Hedge’s strategic goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong business development skills, including sales strategy, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Experience in market analysis, creating business proposals, and pitching to potential clients
- Proven communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess business opportunities
- Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or management consulting is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Self-motivation, ability to work remotely, and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software is preferred
- Experience in the MENA region and understanding of its business landscape is beneficial
