Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rental Sales Agent, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Rental Sales Agent will assist customers with their car rental needs by providing excellent customer service, offering guidance on vehicle options, and completing rental agreements. Additional responsibilities include managing sales transactions, promoting additional products or services, maintaining an organized and professional workspace, and ensuring a smooth rental process for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in the car rental industry and a strong understanding of vehicle rental processes
• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on addressing client needs effectively
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Sales skills with the ability to promote and upsell products and services
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork capabilities
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or tourism industries is an added advantage
