Role Description

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, including managing staff schedules, ensuring quality and cleanliness standards, and inspecting rooms and public areas. Responsibilities also include coordinating laundry services, addressing guest requests, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Supporting team training and fostering excellent customer service will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in Housekeeping operations, including room inspections and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Experience with Laundry services, ensuring efficient processes and maintaining quality.
• Outstanding Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs promptly and professionally.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols in hospitality.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort housekeeping role is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
