We are looking for a sharp, organized, and well-spoken Operations Admin to join the HPadel team. You will be the primary point of contact for our Padel and Tennis players, ensuring that every visit to our facility is seamless—from the moment they walk in until they finish their session.
Key Responsibilities
Player Relations: Welcome players, guide them to their assigned courts, and ensure they have everything they need for their match.
Financial Management: Handle rental payments, court bookings, and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
Academy Coordination: Act as the bridge between coaches and students. You will manage schedules for both Padel and Tennis academies, ensuring players are updated on their session times.
Operational Excellence: Maintain the booking flow and ensure courts are utilized efficiently according to the daily schedule.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or sports facility management.
Communication: You must be highly well-spoken and representable. You are the face of HPadel.
Languages: Basic to Intermediate English is a must. You should feel comfortable assisting our expat and foreign players.
Tech Savvy: Ability to learn and use sports booking software and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Character: A proactive problem-solver who remains calm and professional during peak “rush hours.”
