Role Description

Entry-level HR role designed as a learning rotation across the full HR lifecycle – operations to strategic. You’ll start by mastering HR fundamentals (recruitment, onboarding, records, attendance/payroll inputs), then gain exposure to strategic HR (workforce planning, org design, performance, engagement, and policy). Role may convert to a full-time permanent contract based on performance, culture fit, and business need.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate (0–1 year) in HR/Business/Psychology or related field.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and data accuracy.
• Good PowerPoint & Excel.
• Clear communication in Arabic and English.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Approachable attitude.

Preferred

• Exposure to HR tools/HRIS (e.g., Odoo HR, Zoho People, SAP, Workday, BambooHR).
• Internships or student activities in HR/recruitment.
