Job Purpose:
The HR Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient delivery of core HR services including personnel, payroll, and compensation & benefits. The role aims to ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies, enhance operational efficiency through KPI monitoring, and lead the HR operations team to deliver high-quality employee services and support overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations including personnel, payroll, and compensation & benefits
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Manage payroll processing, employee records, and HR documentation
- Monitor HR KPIs and enhance operational efficiency
- Lead and support the HR operations team
- Handle employee cases, escalations, and internal HR service delivery
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in HR Operations
- Strong experience in personnel, payroll, and compensation & benefits
- Solid knowledge of labor law and compliance practices
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
