وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
Job Description
- Manage and maintain employee personnel files and ensure all documents are complete and updated.
- Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and termination documents.
- Handle social insurance procedures and labor office documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
- Prepare monthly payroll data and coordinate with the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal company policies.
- Issue HR letters (employment certificates, salary letters, etc.).
- Handle employee inquiries related to personnel matters.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in personnel or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
