K-Line Europe is a fast-growing digital dental aligner platform operating with a lean manufacturing model and a 3-day turnaround standard. We combine advanced digital workflows, mini-manufacturing hubs, and operational excellence to empower dental brands and enable doctors globally.

We are looking for a motivated and professional HR Specialist to support end-to-end Human Resources operations in a fast-paced digital manufacturing environment.
This role plays a critical part in attracting top talent, supporting employees, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and reinforcing a strong performance-driven culture aligned with K-Line’s values.
The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, solution-oriented, and passionate about building efficient HR processes that support business growth.
1️⃣ Workforce Planning & Recruitment
- Partner with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Analyse workforce data, turnover trends, and business projections to anticipate staffing requirements.
- Conduct job analysis and prepare clear, competency-based job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Ensure structured and competency-based selection processes aligned with company standards.
2️⃣ Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into operations.
- Facilitate orientation sessions covering company culture, policies, safety, and performance expectations.
- Support employees throughout their lifecycle with guidance on policies and procedures.
- Promote engagement and a positive workplace culture.
3️⃣ Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Receive and manage employee concerns, complaints, grievances, and disciplinary cases professionally and confidentially.
- Support fair resolution in line with company policies and Egyptian labor law.
- Assist managers in performance discussions and documentation.
- Ensure proper HR documentation and employee record management.
4️⃣ Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit HR reports (turnover, recruitment metrics, retention analysis, absenteeism).
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor probation evaluations and contract renewals.
- Support audits and internal HR reviews.
5️⃣ Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to improving HR processes and systems.
- Support HR digitalisation initiatives.
- Promote accountability, transparency, and performance culture within the organisation.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 2–7 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Familiarity with HR reporting and KPI tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required).
- Experience with HR systems or ATS is a plus.
