Requirements

• Experience That Matters: A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Essential Skill Set: Proven expertise in Screening, Microsoft Office, Personnel Management, Employee Relations, HR Policies, On-boarding, Payroll Administration, Data Management, and strong Communication abilities.
• Recruitment Prowess: Demonstrated proficiency in Phone Screening, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition strategies.
• Compliance Champion: Solid understanding of HR best practices and Compliance regulations.
