Job Description
Overview: As an HR Specialist, you will be a pivotal player in fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be instrumental in a wide range of HR functions, ensuring our policies and practices align with our commitment to excellence and employee well-being. Responsibilities:
- Masterful Personnel Management: Oversee and support all aspects of employee lifecycles, from initial screening and onboarding to ongoing support.
- Expert Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, skillfully managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious workplace.
- Strategic HR Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to and effective communication of HR policies, contributing to a fair and consistent organizational culture.
- Seamless On boarding Experience: Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs that welcome new hires and integrate them successfully into our team.
- Accurate Payroll Administration: Support payroll processes, ensuring precision and compliance for all employees.
- Diligent Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential HR data, leveraging tools like Microsoft Office for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
- Effective Communication & Screening: Conduct thorough phone screening and apply excellent communication skills to identify top talent and engage with candidates and employees alike.
Requirements
- Experience That Matters: A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Essential Skill Set: Proven expertise in Screening, Microsoft Office, Personnel Management, Employee Relations, HR Policies, On-boarding, Payroll Administration, Data Management, and strong Communication abilities.
- Recruitment Prowess: Demonstrated proficiency in Phone Screening, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition strategies.
- Compliance Champion: Solid understanding of HR best practices and Compliance regulations.
- Problem Solver: Excellent skills in Conflict Resolution and a proactive approach to Performance Management.
