Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrator at Ibdaa Academy, located in 10th of Ramadan city, Al Sharqia, Egypt. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure the efficient management of the academy’s activities. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating with staff and instructors, maintaining documentation, handling inquiries, and supporting the overall operational goals of the academy.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage daily administrative operations and schedules effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges and improve administrative workflows.
  • Experience in educational institutions or training organizations is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
