At ICT Misr, we are looking for passionate and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Bid Management Specialists (Junior & Senior levels).

🔹 Responsibilities (Both Roles)
• Manage the full bid lifecycle from RFP initiation to final submission
• Review and analyze RFP/RFQ documents and coordinate requirements internally
• Align with Sales, Presales, Finance, and Operations to ensure full compliance
• Evaluate vendor quotations and support pricing accuracy
• Prepare and finalize technical & commercial proposals using company templates
• Track tender progress, maintain documentation, and ensure timely delivery

🔹 Job Requirements
Junior Level
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Basic knowledge of IT (software development, networking, cybersecurity)
• Ability to understand high-level technical concepts
• Strong time management, communication, and coordination skills
• Good copywriting and document review skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience

Senior Level
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Strong technical understanding with solid business awareness
• Good knowledge of IT domains (software, networking, cybersecurity)
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technical requirements
• Excellent time management, communication, and coordination skills
• Strong proposal writing and review experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• CRM knowledge is a plus
• 8+ years of relevant experience
