For a big Tourism company located in Heliopolis. We are looking for motivated Inbound Tourism Counselors ( 2 positions: Senior & Associate) to join their operation team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Quotations, programs for Inbound individuals & groups.
• Preparing programs itinerary
• Preparing service orders for all branches & Traffic department
• Preparing the Tourism police reports
• Handle materialized bookings.
• Booking Hotels, Nile cruises & Local Trains
• Handle the Air tickets with the concerned department.
• Issuing payments and vouchers
• Assign qualified guides.
• Making invoices for the files
• Finalize the files on the system & the paperwork.
• Possibility for solving problems within authorized limit.
• Assist his/her senior in preparing the full documentation of the file including all correspondence, quotation, and invoice.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
• 2 to 4 years of experience for the Associate position and 4 to 6 years for the senior position.
• Excellent in English.
• Other languages are a plus.
• Multi-Task
• Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Time management skills.
