🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Specialist to support our procurement operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring supply continuity, optimizing costs, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Manage purchase orders, sample orders, and supplier documentation
• Source new products and identify alternative suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times with vendors
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning
• Track open orders and ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve supplier issues (pricing, quality, documentation)
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems
• Partner with QA/QC to ensure compliance (COAs, specs, etc.)
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and supplier optimization

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience with ERP systems
• Analytical mindset with cost optimization focus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Ability to work overnight shifts
