This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer communications, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, documenting resolutions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the support process.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, with a focus on effective communication and active listening
- Experience in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Proficient in Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate and solve client challenges
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with healthcare or teleradiology platforms is an advantage
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
