Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with requests, complaints, and basic technical issues
Provide accurate information about services and offers
Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet KPIs
Requirements:
Graduates only
English Level: B1+ to B2
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a rotational shift environment
