• Reaching out (Calling & Sending SMSs) to job seekers on Forasna platform, encouraging them to apply to matching jobs.
• Assisting job seekers in enhancing their profiles by updating their information, showcasing their skills, and optimizing their profiles to attract employers.
• Identifying matching job opportunities on the platform and, where needed, applying on behalf of job seekers to help connect them with the right roles.
• Providing support and advice to help job seekers understand how to maintain an updated and compelling profile on the platform for ongoing engagement.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage job seekers positively and professionally over calls and digital channels.
• High Attention to Detail: Ensuring profiles are accurately updated and job matches align with the job seekers’ preferences.
• Proficiency with Online Platforms: Comfort with Forasna and similar tools, ensuring smooth profile updates and job application processes.
• Initiative and Target-Driven: Self-motivated to achieve weekly engagement targets with job seekers and profile activations.
