Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Enterprise Project Manager to own delivery across a diverse portfolio — including product launches, SaaS implementations, enterprise systems, F&B operations, R&D, marketing campaigns, construction projects, and franchise ownership transfers.

Reporting directly to the PMO Director, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Technology, and senior leadership. This is not a coordinator role — you will drive structure, governance, accountability, and execution.

If you thrive in ambiguity, build clarity where others see chaos, and proactively close loops — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Governance & Documentation

Develop project charters, scope statements, and full project management plans

Build WBS, milestone plans, dependency maps, and delivery baselines

Own the RAID log and manage risks, issues, and scope changes proactively

Maintain governance standards and repeatable templates

  • Monday.com Ownership

Design and manage project and portfolio boards

Build end-to-end workflows (intake → delivery → closure)

Configure automations and dashboards for leadership and teams

Enforce board hygiene and accountability

  • Reporting & Data

Analyze project and operational data

Publish structured weekly status updates

Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and action logs

  • Stakeholder Alignment

Align cross-functional teams on priorities and sequencing

Drive clarity in ambiguous situations

Escalate risks early to maintain a no-surprises culture

Requirements

Must-Have

  • PMP Certification — this is a hard requirement, not a preference
  • 2–3 years of experience in project management or delivery — exposure to more than one industry or project type is a strong plus
  • Ability to produce full project management artifacts: charters, scope statements, project management plans, RAID logs, WBS
  • Monday.com proficiency — must be able to build boards from scratch, design workflows, create automations, and build dashboards without hand-holding
  • Data analysis skills — comfortable working with data sets, identifying patterns, and presenting findings clearly
  • Strong command of project fundamentals: scope, schedule, dependencies, milestones, change management
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English (professional proficiency in both)
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • High attention to detail and accountability — you don’t let tasks float, and you close what you open

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing projects across more than one domain (e.g., SaaS + operations, or technology + product launch)
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture or systems implementation projects
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience in F&B, retail, multi-branch, or franchise environments

What We’re Really Hiring For

We can teach process. We can’t teach the right instincts.

The person who succeeds in this role sees a messy, multi-track portfolio and immediately thinks about how to structure it. They produce documentation that people actually use. They close loops. They escalate with facts, not panic. They know the difference between a project that is on track and one that just looks on track, and they say so.

They also bring intellectual range. On any given week, they might be managing a seasonal menu launch, supporting a SaaS rollout, tracking an R&D initiative, coordinating a construction build-out, running a franchise ownership transfer, or executing a marketing campaign — simultaneously. That breadth doesn’t overwhelm them — it’s exactly why they applied.

What You’ll Get

  • Direct reporting line to the PMO Director with genuine mentorship and growth
  • Exposure to a diverse enterprise project portfolio — no two months look the same
  • A role with real ownership and visibility at the leadership level
  • The experience of working for a US-based, fast-scaling brand from a remote setup done right
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
