Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Architect / Site Engineer to join our growing team and support the execution of interior fit-out and construction projects.

Location:

New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt

Experience Required:

2 – 6 years

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering or Civil Engineering.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and site instructions.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and construction conflicts.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Support project management in planning and scheduling site activities.
• Ensure fit-out works are completed within the required timeframe and quality standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Background and practical experience in MEP coordination and fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, finishing works, and MEP systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of project coordination and site management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage).
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts when required for fit-out projects.
