Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Mall Service Desk Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the mall, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Act as a liaison between customers and mall management, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
• Provide information about the mall, its stores, and services to customers
• Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and issuing refunds
• Maintain a clean and organized service desk area
• Collaborate with other mall staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduates
• Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
