A leading real estate development company is looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Operations & Maintenance.

📍 Location: Egypt (On-Site)

🏢 Sector: Real Estate / Infrastructure

🔧 Key Responsibilities & Requirements

🔷 Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of water pump control panels

🔷 Maintenance of electrical distribution panels, control panels, and transformers — ensuring grid stability

🔷 Following up on electrical infrastructure works and power network maintenance feeding the project

🔷 Operation and maintenance of water networks and piping systems

🔷 Reading electrical drawings and schematic diagrams, troubleshooting faults, and preparing technical reports

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

• 7+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations — preferably in large-scale real estate or coastal/resort projects
