Job Description:

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for executing a product vision that meets user needs, aligns with our business goals, and drives growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing to prioritize features, and develop product specifications, to ensure the successful execution of our product roadmap and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and own a well defined product backlog including prioritizing and refining User stories, and Epics.
• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and market trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into user stories and actionable plans.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for sprint planning.
• Work closely with the Scrum Master to:
• Plan sprint goals and ensure achievable scope based on team capacity.
• Maintain a healthy backlog that supports predictable delivery.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives, contributing product insights and decision-making.
• Support the Scrum Master in identifying and resolving dependencies and delivery risks.
• Engage with different stakeholders, gather feedback, and incorporate it into product planning and development processes.
• Act as a product evangelist, presenting product updates, demos, and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in software products, and 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience with agile product development practices and Software Development Lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience in collaborating with UX/UI designers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align product strategy with overall business objectives.
• Experience in driving successful product launches.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Technical background or understanding.
• Experience working with international stakeholders.
• Experience working on B2B & SaaS Products.
