The Role

We are building the next generation of space design solutions, leveraging AI-driven workflows, 3D visualization, and intelligent automation to transform how kitchens and interiors are planned. As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of an enterprise SaaS platform that empowers professionals and end-users to create stunning spaces with ease.

You will work directly with customers, run research and interviews, and use data-driven insights to prioritize features that deliver measurable impact. This is an opportunity to shape the future of design technology alongside leading innovators in the space.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover pain points and opportunities.

• Translate research into actionable insights and data-driven design decisions.

• Prioritize design initiatives based on customer impact, business goals, and analytics.

• Design intuitive workflows for professional space planning, 3D modelling, and AI visualization tools.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI specialists to deliver innovative solutions.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex enterprise SaaS interfaces. • Maintain and evolve a design system for consistency across web and desktop applications.

• Advocate for user-centric design principles and champion best practices in enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Min. 7 years in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in senior or lead roles with a strong portfolio showcasing UX excellence

• Expertise in designing 3D workflows, CAD tools, or similar complex systems.

• Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, B2B, and B2B2C product design.

• Strong background in user research, customer interviews, and data-driven prioritization.

• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools, and familiarity with 3D tools (Blender, Unity, or similar).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in interior design technology, home improvement platforms, or space planning tools. • Familiarity with AI-driven design, AR/VR, or immersive experiences.
