Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Finance Manager role based in Badr City. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing monthly and annual financial reports, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate general ledger accounting. The role will lead the budgeting cycle, monitor variances, and provide insight into costs, margins, and profitability across products and business units. The Senior Finance Manager will ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, while coordinating with external auditors and financial institutions as needed. This role will also partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to evaluate investments, optimize working capital, and support pricing and cost-management decisions within the cosmetics manufacturing context.
Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS or local GAAP), general ledger management, and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial planning systems and advanced Excel or similar tools for data analysis and dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and monitor internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance processes.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring finance teams, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• Several years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or cosmetics industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Badr City and manage priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
