We at Loafers are looking to hire a Hybrid Social Media Moderator — someone who lives and breathes social media — someone sharp, organized, and excited to bring fresh ideas to the table. If you love managing accounts, know what’s trending, and enjoy engaging with people online, you just might be our missing piece!

Responsibilities

• Manage 1-2 account.
• Conduct market research.
• Track orders, confirmations and feedback.
• Moderate and manage social media interactions.
• Monitor successful and returned orders feedback, and log in excel.
• Support operational reporting and workflow tracking.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years experience managing social media accounts.
• Excellent written English and communication skills and a good sense of tone.
• Problem-solving mindset & sense of ownership.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• An entrepreneur mindset is a MUST, we love team players who take initiative!
• Experience with Shopify and its analytics and metrics.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Bonus points if you’re analytical and process-driven.
