Position: Digital Applications & AI Manager

We are looking for an innovative and technology-driven Digital Applications & AI Manager to join our hotel IT team.

This role will lead application management, AI adoption, automation initiatives, and digital transformation projects across hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage, support, and enhance hotel applications and operational systems.

* Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors for problem resolution and system updates.

* Handle system integrations, testing, upgrades, and performance monitoring.

* Lead AI adoption across hotel departments and train users on modern AI tools and workflows.

* Build and customize AI-powered tools, dashboards, and automation workflows using modern AI platforms.

* Integrate AI solutions with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, HR, Finance, and operational platforms.

* Identify operational challenges and convert them into AI-driven and automation-based solutions.

* Support digital transformation initiatives and improve operational efficiency through technology.

* Create reports, analytics dashboards, and smart operational solutions for management.

Requirements:

* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

* Passion for AI technologies, automation, and digital transformation.

* Understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation platforms.

* Basic programming and scripting knowledge is preferred.

* Ability to build or customize applications using AI-assisted development tools.

* Ability to train users and explain technical concepts clearly.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS is preferred, not mandatory.

* Hospitality experience is a plus.

* Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.

* Basic understanding of SQL databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.

* Experience with AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or AI-assisted development.

* Understanding of smart hotel technologies and integrations.
