🚀 We’re Hiring: B2B Sales Account Manager

Join a leading company in the IT & Network Solutions industry in Cairo and be part of a high-performing commercial team driving growth across multiple segments.

💼 Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven B2B Sales Account Manager who knows how to build pipelines, close deals, and grow strategic accounts across the technology solutions market.

If you are confident managing System Integrators, Contractors, or Enterprise clients and consistently hitting targets — this opportunity is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing B2B clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio across assigned segments
  • Maintaining strong client engagement and long-term partnerships
  • Driving revenue growth while maintaining healthy profit margins
  • Promote strategic products and solutions in line with company direction
  • Ensure healthy product mix across vendors and solutions
  • Supporting structured collection cycles with assigned customers
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to management

✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Min 3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT / networking / technology distribution/ System Integrators)
  • Understands channel-driven and enterprise sales environments
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Can manage multiple accounts with strong ownership mindset and meet targets consistently
  • Commercial awareness with focus on both revenue and profitability
  • Is motivated by performance-based quarterly commission structures
  • Is comfortable working against structured targets and performance KPIs
