Job Description

• Responsible on order entry for some of our planning key accounts
• Manage all customer’s communication from planning perspective
• Measure forecast error and order fulfillment for these accounts
• Ensure 100% OTIF for all local and export customers
• Initiate complementary PO’s and communicate the purchase order to suppliers
• Update the pipeline and orders tracker
• Follow up with import /finance/clearance office to ensure product delivery on time
• Review and agree the safety stock/lead time with MRP team
• Keep tracking for any quotations received from suppliers
• Negotiate and enhance the prices and payment terms with suppliers

Requirements

• Bsc of faculty of production engineering.
• Any Gender.
• Fluent in English.
• Great knowledge of Microsoft Office.
