Job Description

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production equipment and facility systems.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems within the plant.
• Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and ensure the availability of critical spare parts and tools.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering departments to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and plant productivity.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Experience in the food industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven track record of leading and developing maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control maintenance costs.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and respond to emergencies as needed.
