Job Description

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of factory machinery and production equipment in the food manufacturing plant.
• Ensure all mechanical systems comply with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and company policies specific to Savola Foods operations.
• Diagnose mechanical faults, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and minimize downtime in production lines.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and HSE teams to optimize equipment performance, improve efficiency, and support production targets.
• Lead and support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of processing and packaging equipment to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Major Mechatronics or Mechanical
• Previous experience from 3 Yrs: 5 Yrs, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong mechanical background, problem-solving, ability to read technical drawings, good communication, and organizational skills.
