Job Title: WordPress & Content Coordinator
Company: Marketing Pixel
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: 8,000 EGP – 10,000 EGP per month (Based on experience)

About the Role
Marketing Pixel is a web development agency specializing in WordPress websites. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented WordPress & Content Coordinator to bridge the gap between our clients, our development team, and our content writers.
This position is 100% remote, and all client interactions will be conducted through online meetings.
In this role, you will be the “glue” that holds the project together—gathering client requirements, checking the quality of the builds, coordinating with writers, and making sure the final website is flawless before delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding (Online): Meet with clients via online video/audio calls to gather project requirements, design preferences, layouts, and theme choices.

Team Hand-off: Translate client requirements into clear instructions for our WordPress Developers.

Content Coordination: Pass the website to the Content Writing team and ensure all client copy/media is accurately placed.

Quality Assurance (QA): Thoroughly review websites on both Desktop and Mobile views to catch design flaws, errors, or areas that need enhancement.

Feedback Loop: Deliver the website to the client virtually, gather their modification notes through online follow-ups, and coordinate with developers/writers to ensure all changes are made accurately.

Requirements & Qualifications (Must-Haves):

Remote Work Ready: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and professional communication skills for virtual client meetings.

WordPress Expertise: Solid, hands-on experience navigating and managing WordPress websites.
Elementor Proficiency: Strong familiarity with the Elementor page builder to review designs and spot layout issues.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both client expectations online and internal team workflows.

Eye for Detail: High standards for quality assurance (responsiveness, spacing, and formatting across devices).
Nice-to-Haves (Plus)
Experience or background in the Tourism Industry is a major plus.
