Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Specialist role based in Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, presenting, and negotiating property deals, as well as maintaining strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include advising clients on property market conditions, conducting property tours, managing customer inquiries, and working towards achieving sales goals. The role also involves collaborating with team members to identify opportunities and devise strategies to achieve business growth.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property practices
• Proficiency in Sales, including negotiation and closing techniques
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proven experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or related field is advantageous
