At MaxReturn, we’re helping business owners gain financial clarity through a complete Financial Control System that combines bookkeeping, tax strategy, and CFO advisory.

We’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with 3-4 Years Experience to join our growing team and help us scale lead generation across the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
✅ Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
✅ Monitor performance and improve KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate)
✅ Build audiences, retargeting campaigns, and funnel strategies
✅ Work closely with marketing and sales teams to generate qualified appointments
✅ Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

✔ Proven 3-4 Years experience in Media Buying
✔ Experience In USA Market
✔ Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
✔ Experience with Google Ads
✔ Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
✔ Experience with lead generation campaigns
✔ Strong communication and reporting skills

Bonus Points:

⭐ Experience with B2B lead generation
⭐ Experience targeting U.S. markets
⭐ Familiarity with GoHighLevel, GA4, and CRM systems
