Job Description

• Perform and supervise all maintenance activities for reactors, equipment, and various machinery.
• Ensure adherence to scheduled preventive maintenance plans for all plant equipment, including:
  (pumps, compressors, cooling towers, boilers, all reactors, and forklifts).
• Assign and distribute tasks to technicians across different shifts and follow up on execution.
• Prepare purchase requests for required materials and tools and follow up on their receipt.
• Receive and inspect projects after completion to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor spare parts availability in the warehouse and handle material withdrawals as needed.
• Supervise welding activities related to the installation and fixation of electrical panels.
• Oversee chemical dosing and usage for systems such as:
  (boilers, cooling towers, and RO plant).
• Monitor water treatment processes for boilers and cooling towers.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager as required by work needs.
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or experience up to three years in the field of maintenance and manufacturing
• Proficient in using engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
•  Good communication and leadership skills.
