Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and to foster loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer care by dealing with complex queries accurately and professionally.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Identify and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

1. :Bachelor’s degree in business administration, pharmacy, or any related field
2. .Minimum 2-3.5 years of professional experience
3. .Excellent command of written and spoken English
4. .Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
