We’re hiring: Content Creator (Part-Time, Cairo-based)

At Meem Media, we don’t just create content, we build with intention. Every reel, every carousel, every post is designed to connect, engage, and move culture.

Our team is based between Dubai and Cairo, working with clients across the MENA region. Now we’re looking for a Content Creator in Cairo to join us and own the full creative process, from idea to upload.

The Role You’ll take ideas from concept to camera to caption: creating reels, carousels, and social posts for a diverse roster of brands. This isn’t an editing-only role, and it’s not a strategy-only role either. We want someone who can think it, shoot it, and edit it.

What you’ll do

• Ideate and script content rooted in trends, brand strategy, and what’s working right now
• Plan and attend shoots across Cairo (and occasionally beyond)
• Film reels and capture content for carousels and static posts
• Edit and deliver platform-ready content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with our design and strategy teams to keep every piece on-brand

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience creating content for brands or agencies (this is not an internship, and it’s not a managerial role — we’re hiring a doer)
• Fluent in both English and Arabic — written and spoken
• A strong portfolio of reels, carousels, and social work you’ve personally produced
• Comfort on both sides of the camera — filming, directing talent, and appearing on-camera when needed
• Sharp editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
• You live and breathe social media — you know the trends before they peak, follow the creators worth watching, and understand why some content works and other content doesn’t
• Based in Cairo and available for in-person shoots
• Flexible with working hours — our team and clients span different time zones across MENA
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage your own timelines

The Setup

• Part-time
• Fully remote (no office) — but you’ll need to show up for shoots in Cairo
